We strive to deliver services according to agreed timelines. However, timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including client feedback delays or technical challenges.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for services are agreed upon in advance and specified in project proposals or contracts. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in writing. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all rights and obligations cease, except for provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Estonia.

12. Dispute Resolution

We encourage amicable resolution of disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Estonian law.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any project agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Waiver

The failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients with active projects. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
