Why work with me

A builder who has delivered under real pressure

I know what it takes to ship: clear scope, solid engineering judgment, and a path from first pilot to something the organization can run at scale.

  • Business & operations

    Sales, marketing, logistics, HR

Recommendations land as workflows people can run, not abstract decks.

  • Humanitarian delivery

    Field, country offices, and HQ

Mission pressure, privacy, languages, and ops reality shaped how I design AI work.

  • Builder mindset

    From pilot to enterprise scale

I build and ship. I know the gap between a demo and a system teams can trust every day.

  • Global reach

    Teams in 35+ countries

Distributed collaboration is normal: from Latin America and Europe to Africa and Asia.

Who this is for

If you need AI that holds up under real work, you are in the right place.

Private companies under pressure to “do AI,” and nonprofits protecting communities and trust, share the same need: useful systems, capable people, and a path from pilot to scale.

Private organizations

Move from curiosity to production habits: prioritized use cases, safer rollouts, trained teams, and products that can grow beyond a pilot.

  • Prioritized use cases with clear owners
  • Safer tool rollout across teams
  • Training that sticks for real roles
  • Prototypes designed to scale

Nonprofits & NGOs

Build AI capacity for mission work: human oversight, privacy-aware choices, and tools that fit programs and can be sustained.

  • Responsible adoption playbooks
  • Training for program and operations staff
  • Tools that respect privacy and dignity
  • Lightweight products for field workflows

Services

Four clear ways to start

Scoped work, short feedback loops, and deliverables your team keeps. Built with a path from first pilot to enterprise-ready practice.

01

Responsible AI adoption

Find where AI helps, where it does not, and how to adopt it with accountability: readiness, use cases, and lightweight governance.

  • · Readiness and opportunity mapping
  • · Use-case prioritization
  • · Risk, ethics, and human oversight
  • · Roadmap your team can own
02

Tools that support the process

Practical workflows and evaluation habits so AI becomes part of how work gets done, not a side experiment.

  • · Workflow design with AI in the loop
  • · Prompt and evaluation patterns
  • · Reusable templates for your teams
  • · Fit-for-purpose tool selection
03

Team training on modern AI tools

Hands-on sessions so people leave confident using today’s tools on real work, not slide decks that expire by Monday.

  • · Claude, GPT, Copilot, and peers
  • · Cursor, Grok, and coding assistants
  • · Role-based practice for ops, program, legal, leadership
  • · Responsible use habits that stick
04

Vibe coding & product sprints

Help your team turn ideas into working prototypes and lightweight products using modern AI-native development stacks.

  • · Claude Code, Grok Build, Cursor
  • · Supabase, Vercel, and related tooling
  • · From idea to deployable MVP
  • · Pairing so your team can continue alone

Vibe coding

From idea to a product you can run

I help teams vibe-code serious prototypes and internal tools, with the discipline to grow beyond a demo: clear scope, production-minded stack choices, and knowledge transfer so you are not stuck when I leave.

Propose a build sprint
  • Shape the problem and the smallest useful version
  • Build with AI coding agents under senior judgment
  • Ship to a real environment (auth, data, deploy)
  • Hand over so the team can iterate and scale

Technical depth

Cloud, data, and analytics I build with

I am hands-on with the platforms enterprise and nonprofit teams already run, so advice and delivery stay grounded in how software is actually shipped.

Cloud

  • AWS
  • Google Cloud (GCP)
  • Microsoft Azure

Data & code

  • SQL
  • MongoDB
  • Python

Visualization & BI

  • Looker
  • Power BI
  • Tableau

Modern AI delivery

  • Claude / GPT / Copilot
  • Cursor & Grok Build
  • Supabase & Vercel

How we work

Builder process. Enterprise-ready outcomes.

I design for what happens after the pilot: ownership, reliability, and a team that can keep shipping without me.

  1. 01

    Listen and map

Mission, constraints, risks, and where work gets stuck. No solutions before the problem is clear.

  2. 02

Build the smallest thing that ships

Prioritize high-value moves. Agree what good looks like, what stays human, and what we put in users’ hands first.

  3. 03

    Scale and hand over

Harden what works, train the people who will run it, and leave patterns so the organization can grow from pilot to scale.

About

Nayid Orozco

Builder · AI adoption advisor · Product & delivery leader

I am a builder first. Over 15 years I have set strategy, led distributed product teams, and shipped technology that had to work for sales, marketing, logistics, and HR, as well as for humanitarian programs in the field, in country offices, and at HQ.

That path includes two roles at Samsung, leadership in a family business, and work across multiple humanitarian organizations (including product leadership at Data Friendly Space on DEEP and GANNET). I currently serve as AI Solutions and Delivery Manager at Mercy Corps, and I advise clients independently through Nayid Technologies OÜ.

I know what it takes to move from pilot to enterprise scale: architecture choices, data foundations, cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), SQL and MongoDB, Python, and visualization with Looker, Power BI, and Tableau, plus modern AI delivery stacks. I work worldwide in English or Spanish. MBA, EDHEC Business School.

FAQ

Answers before you write

Straight answers so you can decide quickly whether we are a fit.

Who do you work with?

Private companies and nonprofits that want responsible AI adoption, team training, or help vibe-coding ideas into working tools. Remote-friendly, worldwide.

Do you work in English and Spanish?

Yes. Full engagements in English or Spanish. Materials and workshops can match the language your team uses day to day.

What is vibe coding in this context?

Using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Grok Build, Cursor, and similar) with senior product judgment to move from idea to a working prototype or lightweight product, often on Supabase and Vercel. The goal is a real artifact plus a team that can continue.

How do payments work?

Once we agree on scope, you receive an invoice you can pay directly and securely with Stripe. No complicated procurement theater for standard engagements.

How fast can we start?

Often within days of a clear brief. Send a short note with context, timeline, and what success looks like. If I am not the right fit, I will say so.

Are you a replacement for an agency or internal team?

No. I am a senior advisor and builder who accelerates clarity, capability, and first shipped outcomes. Your team should leave stronger, not dependent.

Have a project in mind? Let’s talk this week.

Send a short note: who you are, what is stuck, and what “done” looks like. I reply personally with whether I can help and a concrete next step. English or Spanish. Anywhere in the world.
