By using nayidtech.com or engaging consulting services described here, you agree to these terms. Services are provided by Nayid Technologies OÜ (Estonia).

Content on this site describes advisory, training, and related consulting services around responsible AI adoption. Specific scope, fees, and deliverables are defined in a separate proposal or agreement for each engagement.

3. No professional warranties beyond contract

Website content is for general information. It is not legal, medical, or regulatory advice. Outcomes of AI adoption depend on many factors outside our control; we do not guarantee specific business results unless expressly written in a signed agreement.

4. Intellectual property

Site design, text, and branding are owned by Nayid Technologies OÜ or used under license. Client materials remain the client’s property. Training materials and playbooks delivered under contract are licensed as stated in that agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse this site (including attempts to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or use content to misrepresent an affiliation with Nayid Orozco or Nayid Technologies OÜ).

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nayid Technologies OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for paid services is limited as set out in the relevant service agreement.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
